Shops, the Sunday market, the Beach Theatre
The walkable main street. Sunday market 10 to 2 from October through spring, a few good restaurants, the Beach Theatre for shows, and the Sip & Stroll the Friday after Thanksgiving.
5 minStay in a house with a dock on the Treasure Island side of Blind Pass, and have Corey Avenue, Pass-a-Grille and the Don CeSar a few minutes away.

This house is in Sunset Beach, the south end of Treasure Island, right at the Blind Pass bridge. Cross the bridge and you're in St. Pete Beach. Two minutes by car, ten by bike, and by boat you don't notice a line at all.
So why stay on this side? Because St. Pete Beach is where the hotels are, and this is where the houses are. You get the same beach, a private dock, a brand-new house with four bedrooms, and a street that goes quiet at night. Then you drive over for Corey Avenue, Pass-a-Grille, and the Don CeSar whenever you want them.

5 minHistoric, narrow, charming, and the beach everyone names as their favorite. 8th Avenue for the Hurricane and Paradise Grille, weekend art marts, and the Merry Pier with a bait shop. The St. Pete Beach lighted boat parade finishes here in December.
10 minDrinks at the Rowe Bar, spa if you want it. You can see the top of it from the balcony at the house.
10 minBig, wide beach right across the pass from Sunset Beach. Good for a long walk.
3 minA golf-cart neighborhood off Pass-a-Grille. Not much to do as a visitor, but if you're curious what living here looks like, that's it.
10 minAbout 2 minutes by car across the Blind Pass bridge. The house is in Sunset Beach, the south end of Treasure Island.
Depends what you want. St. Pete Beach has the hotels, Corey Avenue and Pass-a-Grille. Treasure Island, especially Sunset Beach, is quieter and more residential, with houses instead of resorts. From here you get both.
About 10 minutes by car. By boat, the bay side of Pass-a-Grille has a couple of dock-up spots.
