Treasure Island vacation rental with a private dock.

A brand-new waterfront vacation home on the Intracoastal in Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida, between St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach. Tie up the boat out back, walk two minutes to the Gulf out front, and spend the hours in between on a 50-foot balcony watching dolphins that we've named.

Why guests choose it

Brand new, on the water, walk to the beach.

Most rentals here make you pick one: the dock or the beach. This one has both, plus everything inside is new.

The dock

Private, and it's included

Boats or jet skis up to 40 ft, with power, water and a fish-cleaning station. Walk straight from the garage to the dock.

The balcony

50 feet of covered waterfront

Plush seating and a second dining table facing open Intracoastal views, with peek-a-boo views of the Don CeSar and the Gulf.

The kitchen

GE Café, quartz waterfall island

Convection oven, pot filler, and a dual-zone wine fridge. Upstairs there's a second coffee bar with a Keurig, ice maker and mini fridge.

Primary suite

Wet room, soaking tub, 10-ft glass

Floor-to-ceiling windows, 10 ft by 8 ft, looking straight at the water. Three showerheads, a freestanding tub, dual sinks, and privacy glass that frosts at the touch of a button.

Living room

24-foot glass sliders

The whole wall opens to the balcony. Movie night on a 100" smart TV with surround sound, electric blinds in every room.

Built right

New build, elevated to current FEMA standards

Living space sits up on the second and third floors, above the flood line, with the garage underneath. Built this year to current Florida hurricane code, impact-rated glass included.

Outside

Paddle boards, rods, grill

BBQ grill, sandbox, yard games, paddle boards and fishing rods. A 2-car garage with an EV charger and rod racks.

For boaters

Bring the boat. It has a place to stay too.

A lot of "dock" rentals around here don't let guests use the slip, or charge extra by the week. This one is private and comes with the house. There's no bridge between you and the Gulf, and it's under a 5-minute ride out, which is why offshore guys love it.

The house

Built this year. Nothing's been "updated."

It's a new build, so nothing here is a flip with fresh paint on old bones. It was built this year, elevated to current FEMA standards and to current Florida hurricane code, which is a different thing from the older ground-level houses on the island. Engineered hardwood, chandeliers, curated art, and finishes that still smell new.

Climate control is separate on each floor, so whoever runs cold and whoever runs hot can both stop talking about it. Exterior cameras cover the front and the dock. There are no cameras inside.

It's managed by iBeach Management, an Airbnb Superhost team with 1,500+ reviews across their homes, and they answer around the clock. Questions before you book: dhoward@ibeachmgmt.com or (727) 439-3967.

This house felt like a true luxury getaway and was even nicer than we expected. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house also had everything for beach days. We just loaded up the wagon and took the short walk to the beach. The area felt safe, and the water views from so many spots throughout the house were gorgeous. Seeing dolphins from the patio both days we were there was a highlight for the kids! We would absolutely stay here again.

Questions

The stuff people actually ask.

Can I bring my own boat?

Yes. Tie up at the private dock, which fits boats up to 40 ft and has power and water. It's 10 to 12 ft deep at the front and about 3 ft at the side tie-up, so bigger boats go on the front. The lifts at the dock aren't for guest use. The public boat ramp is about a mile away. Parking is 3 vehicles max, 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway.

How far is the Gulf by boat?

Under 5 minutes, with no bridge in the way. If you're here to fish offshore, that's the whole point.

No boat? Can we still get out on the water?

Yes. Treasure Island fishing charters and boat rentals run out of the area, and there are paddle boards at the house for the Intracoastal.

Where is the house?

Sunset Beach, the quiet south end of Treasure Island, Florida. St. Pete Beach is just south over the bridge and Madeira Beach is just north. The exact address comes after booking.

How far is the beach?

About a 2-minute walk to the Gulf on Sunset Beach.

Is there a pool?

No pool. The Gulf is a 2-minute walk and the Intracoastal is right off the dock.

How many people does it sleep?

Up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms: three kings and a queen, with 3 bathrooms.

Where do we park?

Three vehicles max: two in the garage and one in the driveway. There's an EV charger in the garage.

Are there cameras?

Exterior cameras cover the front entrance and the dock and record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home.

Is the house hurricane-safe?

It's a brand-new build, elevated to current FEMA standards with the living space above the flood line and built to current Florida hurricane code with impact-rated glass. If a storm is forecast during your dates, the host team will reach out and work with you on the stay.

Can we watch the lighted boat parade from the house?

Yes. Treasure Island's holiday boat parade runs through Boca Ciega Bay behind the house in mid-December and finishes at John's Pass. Watch from the balcony, or take your own boat out and follow it.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. This is a quiet street and the house is for staying, not hosting. No parties or events.

Are pets allowed?

No pets.
